Well i must say the shopping in barcelona is absolutely amazing i love it!! For the first week i have explored the shops around the city from the small boutiques to the large department store el corto ingles
On Thursday evening we had an intro meeting for international students who are living on campus
we have people from all over Europe staying on campus as well as people from mexico, sth america and a little chick from JapanShe is HALF my size soooo funny and apparently she is a really good cheerleader ha ha. suprisingly NO English people or American cheering!!.
following the meeting at 10:30pm we all headed into the city for a night out!!! 'salir de copas' First stop was a small bar where we were all told that TEQUILA shots were 1 euro!!! all other drinks were 3euro. so about the same as in Syd ..... wrong more than half the glass is vodka.. We stayed there until about 2pm when the bar closed lining up shot after shot.... messy then we moved on to the disco... and we danced and danced and danced until we got back home at about 7.... spending about 40mins getting lost while trying to find the train station
The night was so funny all different nationalities dancing together singing along to ENGLISH music. The japanese girl was by far the funniest to dance with so tiny and full of energy..
in this link at the bottom of the page there are two little photos that were taken of us http://www.revivelanoche.com/v2/Main.php?do=Fotosdefiesta&viewAlbum=N12285X12194P12233T12233U12285T12246
